Visiting Our Studio

Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Austin, our studio is designed to be a sanctuary for creative and professional growth. We are situated just steps away from the Texas State Capitol, in a historic building that combines classic Austin charm with modern, high-tech coaching facilities. Our space features sound-proofed recording booths, a dedicated performance stage with professional lighting, and comfortable, minimalist consultation rooms for one-on-one deep work.

If you are visiting us from out of town, there are several world-class hotels within walking distance of our studio. We recommend the Driskill or the Fairmont for a truly Austin experience. Our team is also happy to provide recommendations for the best local spots for a post-session coffee or celebratory dinner—Austin's famous food scene is right on our doorstep.

Parking is available in the garage adjacent to our building, and we provide validation for all our clients during their sessions. We are also easily accessible via public transit, with several major bus lines stopping within a block of our entrance. We look forward to welcoming you to the Guild.

How do I schedule my first discovery call?

The easiest way to schedule a discovery call is to fill out the contact form above with your information and interest. One of our consultants will reach out to you within one business day with a link to our online scheduling tool. You can then choose a time that works best for your schedule. These 15-minute calls are completely free and designed to help us understand your needs and determine if we are the right fit for your goals.

What is your cancellation policy for coaching sessions?

We understand that professional schedules can be unpredictable. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For our intensive workshops, the policy is slightly different, and details will be provided at the time of enrollment.

Can I book a session for an evening or weekend?

While our standard studio hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, we do offer limited evening and weekend sessions for our Executive Coaching clients. These slots tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking well in advance. Our workshops are also often scheduled over weekends to accommodate busy professionals. Please indicate your preference for off-hours sessions in your initial inquiry so we can check availability.

Do you offer on-site training for companies outside of Austin?

Yes, our corporate training team is happy to travel to your location. We have conducted workshops and training sessions at company headquarters across the United States and internationally. For on-site training, we typically require a minimum group size and a lead time of at least six weeks to handle logistics and curriculum customization. Please reach out via the corporate training option in our contact form to discuss your specific requirements and receive a custom proposal.
